Ordering Online using our quick and easy system

Shopping for Underfloor Heating 

When shopping, products can easily be added to your basket by press "In Basket". This will add the product to your basket. A running total of your order can be viewed at the top right-hand side of the screen. This price includes VAT & delivery.

Is you order completed? Click the basket in the upper right corner. Your basket can be edited up until check out. Products can be easily removed by pressing the 'X.'

Returning Customer

Have you ordered before? If so, Enter the username and password created previously. If you require an account, this can be set up by clicking "Create Account".

Accounts are not compulsory. If you choose not to create an account, you can checkout as a guest. We do not pass on or sell any details put into our system, and accounts are only created to give you an easy order if you choose to return and place an order.

Addresses and Payment Method

Billing addresses should always be filled out in full, as this can cause issues with the Sagepay payment gateway if they are incorrect. If you require a different delivery, this can be filled out and must be completed in full. After all, details are filled in, you can choose between several payment methods. Any vouchers or discount codes provided from previous orders can be filled out in the discount code box, and must be completed in this screen before proceeding to "Check Out".


Upon pressing "Check Out" you are automatically agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, please read these before continuing. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from Touch Underfloor Heating, and payment received notification from our Sagepay payment gateway.

Following your order being placed, we will keep in touch should there be any delay or product out of stock. Should this be the case, we will keep you updated with an estimated delivery schedule.
